I stayed here last winter for one night and found the surroundings appealing. The restaurant had a lot of options for breakfast. The staff did their best to make my experience pleasant.
I noticed some cobwebs in the corners, and the bed was quite firm for my liking. there were times when I could hear noise from the room above, which made it less relaxing.

Just a solid selection for a city holiday in Glasbury with value for price. The personal touch of local ale recommendations and Welsh cakes in the room was delightful. Check ahead for dining options as the restaurant has limited hours.

We absolutely loved exploring the stunning walking trails and enjoyed a thrilling canoeing adventure nearby. The kids had a blast in the spacious garden and the breakfast was a real hit, especially those fluffy pancakes! It was a perfect spot for our family getaway.
My kids wished there were more fun activities for them onsite.

Absolutely loved the freshly baked bread and the delicious breakfast that really hit the spot! The lodge's stunning rustic character was a treat for the eyes, and the helpful staff made sure I was sorted for my stay.
But let's have a chat about the lack of dining options on site, which really cramping the vibe a bit. A cozy lounge with some heat and games would have been a cherry on top!

Super cozy stay near Glasbury
We spent a night in a lovely double room with a comfy vibe. The breakfast was spot on—big portions and the pancakes were delish! Only thing was the room could've been a bit warmer. The shower was great, and it’s perfectly located for walks. Plus, there’s a picnic area for outdoor munching!

the lodge was in a beautifull location n had so much character. our room was nice n had a lovely view. The staff were super friendly. the restaurant had a great menu n our dinner was delish. breakfast next morning was solid too.
however, the noise from the water tank was annoying at night. also, there was no lift which was a bit tricky with my suitcase.

Charming stay with delightful local food
I had a wonderful experience at this lodge with its rustic charm and scenic views. The room was cozy and had a lovely garden view, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The dining options were exquisite, featuring locally sourced ingredients that elevated the meal experience. My only concern was the firmness of the bed, which might not be comfortable for everyone.
